NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted telephonically by the Vermont Economic Development Authority (“VEDA”) on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 2 p.m., at its offices located at 58 East State Street, Suite 5, Montpelier, Vermont 05602, regarding the proposed issuance of up to $24,000,000 stated principal amount of its tax-exempt revenue bonds (the “Bonds”) pursuant to Subchapter 4 of Title 10, V.S.A., Chapter 12 (which bonds will not constitute a debt or pledge of the faith or credit of the State of Vermont or VEDA) for the financing of a dairy renewable natural gas production facility owned and operated by Bellevue RNG, LLC,
to be located at 1546 Richford Road, Enosburg Falls, Vermont 05450 and to be associated with the dairy operation known as Pleasant Valley Farms, which facility will comprise the acquisition, construction and furnishing of a natural gas production facility, including the installation of a new 2.5 million gallon anaerobic digester, gas upgrading equipment and other related equipment that will process dairy manure biogas into pipeline quality renewable natural gas, and will encompass any installation, development, design engineering, replacements, demolition, improvements, equipment, construction, renovation, structures, permitting and capital expenditures that were or will be undertaken or incurred to accomplish the foregoing; in addition, proceeds of the Bonds may be used to fund costs of issuance and other common costs of the Bonds, including capitalized interest, if any, and a debt service reserve fund, if any.
