Ben and Kim Bangs are the owners of a growing and diversified farm known as Honest to Goodness Farm in Newark.  The farm produces and sells over 130 varieties of organic vegetables, eggs, broilers, pork, maple syrup and hay.  The Bangs sell their products at their own on-site retail farm shop.  They also have a growing list of CSA customers.  With the help of VACC financing, Ben and Kim refinanced their 165-acre Maple Ridge Road farm property.  Ben and Kim lease an additional 142 acres of crop land, and plan to expand their product offerings further, eventually becoming a destination farm for visitors.  Learn more here.
