Kelly graduated from Vermont College with an Associates Degree and was employed in her home town of Northfield for a local attorney. Kelly then took the next twelve years to raise her children. In 1998, she was employed by the Department of Corrections as an administrative assistant to several directors.Kelly joined VEDA in 2002 as the Commercial Loan Assistant.
